The journey will start with a sustainable French product market where we will let you enjoy and discover a colourful world.
You will be able to participate in a workshop and immerse yourself in the universe of Mons cheese and Sturia caviar. Let you be guided by professionals who will share their secrets and knowledge on sustainability and the importance of it.
Choose your session and let the magic happen:
- 1st session: from 10am to 12pm
10am – 11am: Let yourself be transported to one of the busiest French markets in Paris, Versailles or Rennes with a plethora of sustainable and seasonal fruits, vegetables, cheeses, charcuterie and caviar just to name a few. Experience this and much more at the prestigious EHL in Singapore.
11am-12pm: Immerse yourself in Sturia Caviar universe with Sturia team. Sturia is the flagship brand of France’s leading caviar producer, Sturgeon.
The company was created 30 years ago near Bordeaux, a pioneer in sustainable sturgeon breeding.
You will get to know more about caviar with Ms Nathalie Guiral while enjoying a tasting paired with Champagne with the testimony of Mr. Sebastien Papin, the Asia-Pacific Director for Billecart-Salmon Champagne.
- 2nd session: from 1.30pm to 3.30pm
1.30pm to 2.30pm: Let yourself be transported to one of the busiest French markets in Paris, Versailles or Rennes with a plethora of sustainable and seasonal fruits, vegetables, cheeses, charcuterie and caviar just to name a few. Experience this and much more at the prestigious EHL in Singapore.
2.30pm to 3.30pm: Immerse yourself in an exceptional Mons cheese workshop. Mons source artisanal cheeses from France and maturate them inside their caves using a unique “affinage” method.
Dive into the Mons universe and learn about this method and much more directly from the Mons team.
You will get the chance to taste unique cheeses with the guidance of Mr. Geoffrey Leotot from the renowned 3 stars Michelin restaurant – Odette – paired with Champagne with the testimony of Mr. Sebastien Papin, the Asia-Pacific Director for Billecart-Salmon Champagne.
