IFS students shine once again in their 2022 French Baccalauréat (Bac), proving the strength of the IFS international bilingual French education programme. This year’s promotion of seniors received 100% pass rate, 15% obtained High Distinction with jury special commendation (Très Bien avec les Félicitations du Jury), 37% achieved High Distinctions (Très Bien) and 93% achieved Distinctions (Mentions).

On 30 June, the High School Graduation medal ceremony took place at the International French School Singapore, with His Excellency, Mr Marc Absensour, Ambassador of France to Singapore, to congratulate the laureates.

The 121 graduating IFS students demonstrated remarkable resilience, dedication and discipline in pursuing their academic goals, completing a complicated yet rewarding educational journey and exceeding international benchmarks again!

Following the release of the 2022 Bac results on 28 June, the achievements of the Class of 2022 continued to confirm IFS’s deserved position as one of the top academic institutions within the AEFE network and a leading international school of choice in Singapore. IFS Principal Mr David Binan, overseeing his first Bac session since taking up his position in January 2022, expressed his delight with the results: “All students made it: 100% success at the 2022 French bac. It is quite an achievement, in this particular context in which our Terminal students have had to work and experience over the past two and a half years.”
