Odette pays homage to the partnership between France and Singapore with flavours of gula melaka, coconut and a rich kaya cream based on a treasured family recipe passed down to sous chef Sheng Xiong Yeo.
You can also place your order of Le Paris-Brest-Singapour on sochic.sg before 6pm between 16 to 21 November. Payment ($48) upon collection between 4 and 6pm the day after at Odette (1 St Andrew’s Road, #01-04 National Gallery, Singapore 178957).
