Basque dinner with Pierre Oteiza
Join the Basque dinner at Le Bistrot du Sommelier for an evening of Basque gastronomy and culture. Pierre Oteiza, a breeder and artisan producer established in Les Aldudes (Pyrenées) will make you try his famous ham, made according to an ancestral method, transmitted through generations by the Basque farmers.
The 3-course dinner will showcase charcuterie, a main dish and a dessert as well as two complimentary glasses of wine. Come to share a convivial moment and get the chance to meet Pierre Oteiza in person!
