
Butter and Cheese Discovery with Jean-Yves Bordier
Jean-Yves Bordier, the last artisan butter-maker still kneading its churned butter by hand, will be in ATOUT for a special workshop and dinner.
Come and join Jean-Yves who will be sharing his knowledge about butter and the stories that led his artisanal products to be famous all around the world.
The workshop will include a demonstration of “tapage” and a degustation. It will be followed by a special dinner prepared by the ATOUT team.
