Human Version by Yves Gellie
“Human Version” presents a series of photographs exploring the world of scientific research laboratories, dedicated to the development of humanoid platforms.
The photographed robots invite visitors to ponder about the fate of humankind, and understand the way the robot sees itself – its consciousness, evolution, and future. As humans continue to improve on humanoid technology, these robots develop increasing autonomy – a source of both fascination and dread.
A series of videos will also give visitors the opportunity to watch and listen to an intimate dialogue between human and robot. It foreshadows a future in which humans and machines will grow closer to each other, especially in the health sector, where these robots are commonly used.
Please note that the Gallery will be closed on the 27 and 28 of April for renovations.
