On 6 June 2022, His Excellency Mr Marc Abensour, witnessed the exchange of the Research Collaboration Agreements between the President of Université PSL, Prof Alain Fuchs, and the President of Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU), Prof Subra Suresh.
The research partnership will see the creation of the NTU-PSL Joint Lab for Advanced Electronics, located on the NTU campus. The joint laboratory will create innovative technologies in the field of advanced electronic materials and devices and to propose new solutions in terms of security, chemicals detection and healthcare, aiding both Singapore and France in their Smart Nation push.
In his speech during the ceremony, HE Mr Marc Abensour said: “I am convinced that the creation of the joint laboratory between PSL and NTU will be a new milestone for our bilateral partnership in science and innovation considering the ambition of the research programm: giving birth to quantum nanofluidic, a new field of investigation in microelectronics”.
