What a better way to start 2025 than by celebrating love “à la française”?
Alliance Française de Singapour presents their new French Excellence Programme AMOURS, an unforgettable cultural journey to celebrate love in all its forms! From 6 February to 4 April 2025, multiple events inspired by the romance of French culture will be showcased.
At the heart of this initiative lies a exhibition from French multi-disciplinary artist Antoinette Rozan, celebrating the transformative power of love in three evocative chapters.
Chapter I – Je t’aime (6 Feb – 22 Feb)
In “Je t’aime”, the love of the couple, Antoinette’s sculptures and paintings pulse with romantic energy, captured in tender, bold colors that reflect the beauty of shared connection.
Chapter II – Inner Love (27 Feb- 15 Mar)
“Inner Love” reveals the transformative power of self-love. Joyful, sculptural forms and radiant canvases encourage a deep reconnection with one’s own heart.
Chapter III – Re-LOVE-union (19 Mar – 4 Apr)
Finally, “Re-love-union” embraces the collective power of love for others, evoking the energy of community, unity, and togetherness.
Guided tours are available in French or English, with specially curated tours for kids.
Beyond the exhibition, AMOURS invites the public to experience an exciting array of events that bring the theme to life, including a recital for children, a selection of French movies for adults and kids delving into love’s complexities, talks by the artist as well as art workshops.

About Color’s Vibration: A talk by Antoinette Rozan
Understand and learn the message of colors.
The human brain reacts to colors and to vibration of each of them.
By understanding this ‘sacred’ language, we can better understand our emotions and states of mind.
This talk looks at colors from various angles, beginning with a review of how the understanding of each color has evolved throughout history, followed by a look at their symbolism, both in terms of the energy they give off and their link with each of the 7 main chakras.
