Francophonie et décentralisation, patrimoine et développement local – Université Francophone d’été de Lyon

Organised by the Université Jean Moulin 3 et l’Institut international pour la Francophonie (2IF) with the support of the Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and under the patronage of the Organisation itnernational de la Francophonie et de l’Association international des Régions francophones.

 

This university is mainly aimed at decision-makers from member countries of the Francophonie who are interested in local development, decentralization and decentralized cooperation in the French-speaking world.

More particularly:

  • local elected officials
  • diplomatic staff
  • staff in charge of cooperation in local authorities
  • staff of the International Organisation of the Francophonie and its operators
  • executives of economic operators
  • researchers, academics, experts and consultants in charge of issues
  • other interested persons
