Following the France Alumni Singapore Inaugural Lecture held on November 6th 2020, the French Embassy in Singapore will continue its France Alumni Singapore Lecture Series to highlight the enriching influence of an overseas education in France on the personal and professional path of Singaporean professionals.

Kevin Chow holds a Diplôme d’Ingénieur (Masters Degree in Engineering) from École Nationale d’Aviation Civile, France, and a Master of Science in Aerospace Vehicle Design from Cranfield University, UK. The first Singaporean designated for this key role, Kevin has been Country Director and CEO of Thales in Singapore since February 2016. Previously, Kevin spent a total of 10 years in France: 5 years for his higher education and 5 years working for the Singapore Economic Development Board there. Kevin has served as a Board Member of the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore since April 2016, and is also Vice President of the French Alumni association since 2020. For his contribution to the France-Singapore relationship, Kevin was awarded the Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite by the French State in February 2020.
