Singtheatre brings on 23 March “Vive 80s”, a live fundraising concert in support of Sing’theatre’s MusicFest@Singapore General Hospital (SGH), an annual music festival inspired by the French concept of “Fête de la Musique”.
The concert will showcase the vibrant sounds of the 1980s, from Telephone, Indochine, Trust, Les Rita Mitsouko, Renaud, Bernard Lavilliers, Balavoine, Mylene Farmer, Nougaro, Gold, Jeanne Mas, to Zook Machine and others, every note will bring the magic of the 80s to life. This special event is not just about great music, it’s about coming together for a meaningful cause.
All performers are volunteering their time and talent to support Musicfest@Singapore General Hospital, an initiative that brings the joy of music to patients, caregivers, and hospital staff. Proceeds from Vive 80s will go directly towards financing this incredible program, ensuring music continues to uplift and heal in the hospital’s halls.
