#OpenCall The National Arts Council and the Embassy of France in Singapore, supported by Institut Français Paris, are looking for arts and culture organisations to host artist residencies in Singapore and France!
As part of the Memorandum of Understanding between the NAC and the Embassy of France, the Artist-in-Residency programme supports the creation of bilateral residencies by arts and culture organisations over the next five years, in the fields of visual, literary and performing arts.
Host organisations will have the opportunity to welcome artists and arts professionals from Singapore and France to conduct research and create artworks, contributing to the vibrancy of the arts scene in both countries.
Such programmes are part of NAC’s efforts to facilitate international partnership exchanges and grow opportunities for our artists and arts groups overseas, as we seek to build a #DistinctiveCity and #CreativeEconomy over the next five years.
